Pros
It's a friendly, consistent, not-horribly-repetitive kind of job. You meet lots of amazing people, work in an absolutely stunning part of NYC, and get lots of sun (or rain!) and fresh air. The other employees, on the majority, are helpful and diligent.
Cons
Management is an utter mess. There is no one way to do things, but if you do it a different way around the wrong person, expect to be scolded. Corporate meddles in so much that rules change within hours. There is little to no organization when it comes to getting the answers, and something as simple as how to handle a guest who is problematic leads to more trouble than it's worth. Schedules can also change on a dime, and if you don't have the company's scheduling app/website available to you 24/7, you might end up going to the wrong place for your shift - and you can be sure they're not paying your transportation to the right one.
