      Absolutely none! If you have a lowsy driving record, DUI or don't know how to drive - this is the place for you!

      Cons

      Unsafe equipment & trucks Filthy, unsanitary terminals Poorest employee morale in the industry Paychecks are regularly short paid with no resolution Cherokee medical ins that no providers take Management tells whatever lies they have to keep the terminals staffed.

      Pros

      Great place to work at. Good people in the office. Central is the true definition of you get what you put in.

      Cons

      Overtime starts at 55 hours and not does not match 401k Health benefits are not the best.

      Pros

      Good pay, low drama, good equipment, consistent work. Appreciate that they don’t make us drive in bad weather.

      Cons

      No overtime pay, sometimes unpredictable schedules with dock work, no layover pay for when we’re sitting, not great benefits, no holiday pay.
