      Flexibility. You get to set your own hours (so long as you put enough in). around your classes, tests, assignments, and whatever else you want. The material is also pretty interesting

      If you are working as a Research Assistant, you are paid minimum wage, no matter what your skills are, or how productive you are.

      Pros

      Beautiful campus, rigorous academics and hardworking, serious students.

      Cons

      Low pay. High work load. The college is a facade with regards to DEI. They claim diversity is very important and they embrace/support it. But when faced with a neurodiverse or physically disabled student or employee, to say they struggle is an understatement.
