Management allows for flexible hours. There is no dress code for working in the warehouse. Good work atmosphere allowing for employees to be creative and efficient. Allow workers to take breaks whenever necessary.
Cons
Short staffed at times causing stressful periods. Use of outdate technology for internal operations. Poor business communication among management.
