      Very flat organisational structure, got to work with senior leadership and staff who were all very friendly and willing to teach you valuable research skills. Very refreshing to work in an environment without a strict hierarchy; everyone feels like a friend

      Can get quite fast-paced and busy at times, but nothing too overwhelming

      - Understanding higher ups - Healthy interactions with colleagues

      Cons

      - Might have to work outside of work hours to accommodate colleagues from overseas offices (but you can reclaim those hours)

      Great mission statement, interesting projects, lots of passionate people

      Cons

      Projects are poorly executed because of lack of time and money. Research is done poorly or not at all. There is a lack of respect for partner organisations with clinical expertise.
