Pros
After working at Centresource for over five years my skills advanced tremendously. Being at Centresource is a constant learning experience as every employee is incredibly smart and talented at their job. Hiring people that believe in the culture and vision of the company allows for a cohesive unit where everyone acts like adults. They take a team first, client second and individual third approach to the company. If you are only concerned about you, this is not the place to work. The work is challenging, but the output is high quality. I enjoyed working on the consulting side of the company knowing the production team members implementing the work were the best. You are offered the opportunity to work across many industries and specialties. The company invests in continuing education for its employees both for their personal benefit and the benefit of the clients.
Working here strengthens so many necessary skills no matter what role you are in. When I joined the CS team I was not expecting to have so much fun, while also being challenged. It is a rewarding experience.
Cons
The type of work Centresource provides, being a service company, comes with its challenges. The team at CS does a great job of putting processes in place. With that being said, setting and maintaining client expectations is a tough job and may lead to many internal and external meetings. Working in the agency world is something everyone should do in order to understand both sides of the relationship.
