Pros

Marketing, HR and CS departments are correct and professional.

Cons

I had a nightmare due to a completely unprepared manager with outdated (or zero) leadership methods. I suffered moral harassment and heard sexist comments daily. The manager used to insult colleagues from other departments, calling them 'bitch', 'spaghetti', among other things.
