Your comments on leadership and decision-making are important, and they reflect areas where we continue to focus our efforts. We've had long established programs to help to have a feedback mechanism from all employees. Through programs like Centric Together, our Advisory Team, Voice of the Employee (VOTE), and our employee resource groups, we are creating more opportunities for employees to share perspectives, strengthen inclusion, and help shape the future of our organization. We will work to make sure employees have strong awareness that these teams exist and how to participate in them. While we’ve made progress, we know there is always room to improve.
