CEO with a clear vision of where the company is going and what is needed to succeed! Relates to all colleagues without a focus on hierarchy.
Cons
Toxic company culture within the senior ranks, most of which have been in their roles/ company far too long without effective management. Colleagues voice does not reach those who need it most, which means bullying is rife and goes unchallenged.
