I worked here for 9 months and here are some of the points due to which I had to resign. And if you are going to join this organization or you are currently a part of this organization, you need to know that : A. Your salary will never be released on time, no pf deductions would be there, and the worst part is that they only pay half of the salary in bank, for the other half they ask you to collect it in cash and for that they always delay the process upto 4 to 5 days or a week. B. There are no set of rules and regulations, even the operating manager is not aware of things going inside the organization. They will randomly ask you to do any task that you're not supposed to do or that is not mentioned in your JD. C. According to Labour Laws of India, only 48 hours are there but they don't follow any laws. They ask their faculties to do the overtime and never pay for that. D. If you are suffering in this organization, and you don't want to continue you can simply give your resignation but then never expect that your dues will be cleared. They will lie to you on your face but there are a number of employees that have served a proper notice period and got nothing. E. They don't care about anyone, so it is advisable not to invest your time and energy on such kind of organization. They are liars, cheaters and do every possible fraud. They don't follow their own word. So, If you are reading this, think twice to continue.
