Working at Centurion was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, mainly because of the poor management—especially under Raechel. She is unprofessional, lacks leadership skills, and creates a toxic work environment. Instead of supporting and guiding the team, she micromanages, belittles employees, and plays favorites, making it nearly impossible to thrive or feel valued. Communication was a mess, and any feedback or concerns were either ignored or met with attitude. Morale was always low because no one felt appreciated or respected. It’s unfortunate because the job itself had potential, but working with and for Raechel completely ruined the experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a positive or growth-oriented work environment. No benefits
