Work-life balance can be poor due to late-night calls, emails and weekend work. Weak Human Resources Department. Unrealistic deadlines and excessive workload at times. Administrative and management inefficiencies. Lack of mutual respect among some faculty and authorities. Rumours, gossip, and communication issues affect workplace culture. Many initiatives are started but not always followed through effectively. Saturdays are full work days.
