Pros
Business approach, providing great training, marketing assistance, with competitive compensation packages. Generous support with lead generation, signage, computers, etc. Very friendly atmosphere while being very aggressive towards sales. Strong customer support!
Cons
Down turn in economy will weed out those not willing to work. I loved the challenge but started back to work too fast after surgery. Struggled with energy. They were always very helpful.
