      Pros

      Many opportunities to learn and the broker was helpful. They provide office for you to print, research and bring clients to. In fact, the office was nice and had private rooms to talk to clients.

      Cons

      No one is going to feed you, you must feed yourself.

      Good work structure, CRM included, online learning is decent

      Commission splits are high, franchise fees, CRM is available but poor quality, website is available but poor quality, outdated
