Pros
Employees truly care about the brand and it's future, and the new working environment is state-of-the-art.
Cons
Real estate industry is changing dramatically, but Century 21 is not evolving fast enough. Executive management fail to listen nor take the advice from the experts (i.e. the rest of us) that were hired to provide their own expertise in the first place; the corner offices seem to have their own agenda.
