Pros
-Century 21 has some of the best training in the industry, so it is a great place to start when beginning a career in real estate -Nationally known so it is much easier to gain the trust of potential clients -No desk fees
Cons
- Commission splits are pretty high at 50/50. - Competition with other Century 21 offices is extremely high due to such a high amount of their offices in my area.
