Pros
The office environment with real estate agents provides a light hearted and energetic environment. The majority of people working around under 45, so it really help with molding a great culture.
Cons
Being clocked for arriving at work. If you are a couple minutes late, that does not bode well at all with management. Starting and stopping projects at the drop of a hat, unclear deadlines, and overwhelming praise is usually placed on one or two specific people. If management is unhappy with you, nothing is said to you.
