Great place to work. Great atmosphere and great agents, the agents and broker are always ready and able to help you with anything.
Cons
Well it is 100% commission based job, it takes time to build your business and make a wage that you can live on. You have a lot of time and money to get advertise you are an agent. There is a financial commitment to being an agent so keep that in mind before you quit your job and become a full-time agent.
