Pros
It's a great place to start off your first job, usually good for ages 17-21 to build up experience since they train you with no need for past experience.
Cons
Poor management half of the time, poor floor staff, always lacking team members on the floor to assist guest, and yet they don't want to open a gate for hiring because of "budget" or some other excuse similar.
