good training and great attention if you're a top producer. lots of agents are in the office all times of the day making for a good work environment.
Cons
the owner will recruit you into the company and for a few days, he will make you feel like you're the most important person in the company then he becomes unavailable. he said he would mentor me personally then he passed me along to a "productivity coach."
