Pros
They have a great reputation for good reason. Real Estate is hard to get started in and most brokers charge a ton but do not provide much mentorship nor resources. Century 21 is different. The people are genuinely kind and caring (overall). It is what you make it, of course, but I hung my license with a few different brokers and they were definitely the most caring, supportive, and offered strong marketing support at a reasonable fee.
Cons
They could have provided leads for a small fee. It's hard to find brokerages that actually deliver on leads (many will say they do).
