Low pay, bad benefits, management doesn't appreciate or compensate employees - Vice President Century Bank Employee Review

Pay is very low compared to other banks. Management does not care about employees. If you mess up, everyone all the way up to executives get involved. Only people who have worked here 10+ years get paid well. I have been here for over 5 and my pay is low compared to what other banks would offer me. No vision insurance if you have glasses. Dental insurance and health are local therefore you can't use it if you're on vacation in another state and something happens. No overtime whatsoever. These views are collective but everyone is afraid to stand up to management.
