This is how they make their numbers for shareholders. -Once innovators now well behind their competitors for innovation, instrument redesign, and new testing. -Clickie environment with people getting promotions into positions they're not qualified. - Know to be unethical

      Pros

      Benefit is not bad with multiple health insurance options.

      Cons

      The company is incredibly top-heavy—mostly directors, VPs, and senior managers with very few staff. Because of this, there is virtually no room for promotions. Combine that with regular quarterly layoffs, and there is absolutely zero job security.
