      Our mission of putting patients first is very motivating. The work we do is meaningful and makes a difference. The team is collaborative and wants everyone to succeed. It's great to be part of a business that is growing.

      Not had the opportunity to go to the offices because of the pandemic so all interactions are online.

      Layoffs pretty much every quarter. Most of the good folks have left. The parent company makes decisions that directly impact associates at Cepheid
