      Pros

      - Teammates are fantastic people. Feedback is clear and openly shared. - Projects are meaningful and it's easy to get involved in high impact work. - The company operates like a startup so you'll learn a lot very quickly.

      Cons

      - If you're looking for a cozy company, this isn't it. That being said if you're looking to grow your skillset in PE, this is the place to do it. - Salary growth is lower than industry and promotions are tough to come by. - No profit share or stock program.
