Pros

Live based environment Good location Good offices Lots of technologies

Cons

Micromanagement - unfairness in all levels, don't expect being promoted unless you have good relationship with your manager. Even if you are working 24 hours per day - the company are targeting unqualified candidates in all levels, technical, managers, hr,... - Cequens is famous of BIG titles that you will never hear about anywhere, unless you have 20 years of experience to earn that title in a normal place, but in Cequens you will get it easier than your imagination. Just keep in mind to have good relationship with your manager ;) - Don't expect too much in learning or using new technologies. Some day you will be just a technical support guy as they are not willing to use new technologies or upgrade their infrastructure. - Bad attitude is very common there. - You will waste your time and energy trying to deal with unclean thoughts and environment. And don't wonder if you became aggressive due to the pressures you are being in while dealing with people there. - Unprofessional management. - No real measurements for your efforts due to weak and unclear objectives - no career path. No guidance. - Sometimes you will be asked for the time you took in toilet! And asked what were you doing there!! - if you have issues with your manager, don't expect anyone to help you. Whether you deal with him or resign - Sometimes you will realize that you are back in time to years of the faculty or may be school time due to some people's small minds!! - Again, unqualified people in all levels
