- from a funder, client or carer perspective, Cera are no different to any other provider. They're trying to effect change with technology / AI, but it's so far away from any practical, scalable use case
- profits before people (which is fine, but not in Health & Care)
- culture didn't work for me, geographic spread and lack of effective decision making means you'll spend all day on conference calls / building meaningless reports / presentations.
- rewards and benefits are minimal
- warning signs, failed investments overseas, constant legal disputes involving acquisitions
