pays a good hourly wage and was pleasantly surprised to receive a severance when i was laid off. I also had a lot of opportunities for overtime.

The US branch of this company is very disorganized and I don't see them staying around for much longer. If you work at one of their US stores-- have a backup plan in case your store gets shut down.

This was by far, the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to work for. The environment was extremely toxic, the work load was unreasonable and unnecessary, upper management micromanaged and was inappropriate (to the women especially - speaking from experience), the CEO clearly had no idea what he was doing. Countless opportunities slipped from their fingers because of stupidity. Policies changed almost daily, and promos were so constant there was no real revenue coming in. Every single department was overworked and understaffed. When someone was fired out of the blue, no one was notified and they never replaced that person. People dropped liked flies either through firing or quitting. There was strong favoritism towards Koreans and all upper management was and could speak Korean. If you were American, good luck. They did not want to pay overtime and I would get calls at midnight expecting to answer. This was by far, the worst company I have ever worked for. No matter what they pay you, it's not worth it.
