Workload expectations are unrealistic, with frequent requests to work evenings and weekends. Management style is overly micromanaged, which impacts autonomy and efficiency. Overall morale and workplace culture is “stale”, turnover is high. Advancement opportunities are limited, with employees often expected to carry significant responsibility without upward mobility
