Not a Great Work Environment - Staff Accountant Cerboni Service Employee Review

I worked here for a while, and unfortunately, the experience was not positive. The company has a strong culture of micromanagement, which makes it difficult to work independently. They also expect employees to put in extra hours beyond what was initially agreed upon, creating an unhealthy work-life balance. The training provided is minimal, leaving employees unprepared for their responsibilities, which only adds to the overall stress of the job. The work environment is high-pressure and not particularly supportive. I would not recommend this workplace to those looking for a healthy and professional atmosphere.
