CEO has left all of the therapists out in the cold but is too cowardly to talk to us - Therapist Cerebral (CA) Employee Review

We were all told Monday that we are losing benefits, our pay structure is changing, and many of us are facing not being able to afford to pay our bills. This went into effect "immediately", there has been a lot of confusion and conflicting information, and we are being told to sign new employment contracts (with less than 24 hours to review them) which have inaccurate information (which they have refused to correct), and told we must do this by end of the day or we will lose our jobs.
