      Pay was reasonable for an unlicensed social worker, make your own schedule, trainings paid.

      Cons

      Had to have at least 20 hours of availability, documentation was time consuming, leadership wasn’t very helpful many times, frequent client cancellations led to a lot of waiting around and the no show rate wasn’t that great.

      Legality of processes and work was always questionable. Promote based on how well you're liked, and not on whether you're doing your job well or accurately.
