Now requiring contract employees who generally don't work daily to check in daily and attend to administrative tasks that were previously covered by a clinical coverage team (again unpaid). Lack of transparency re: decision making, company direction. Promised "full schedule" was not even 50% for months on end. Random mass lay offs.
