      Company doesn't have a vision. CEO has hired a senior management that doesn't listen and is abuse to its employees.

      Pros

      Opportunity to wear many hats within the organization. Highly transparent, monthly team meetings provide full visibility into what's happening with the company. Opportunity to help build the company from the ground up. Awesome location in Downtown Austin.

      Cons

      Workload can be demanding at times.

      Pros

      1. Intelligent people with different backgrounds work at Cerebri 2. Challenging tasks to work on 3. Get to do some research. 4. Location - Convenient downtown location wrt public transport, central library, eating places and the trail on the town lake. 5. They pay me well.

      Cons

      It's a growing startup; so things might change very quickly right from work-details to "which room are we in today".
