A good starting position with decent pay.

Cons

Highly bureaucratic process for giving service to users. You won't get help for projects or support from teammates due to them being buried in projects and management vanishes until they suspect delays in projects.

Pros

Some people try their best to do jobs as they are assigned despite lack of direction, focus or support by managers.

Cons

Multiple siloed departments. Hostile and/or overwhelmed departments and individuals do not collaborate well at all, outsourcing of payroll, accounting and information technology jobs to India is prevalent without much coordination, supervision or communication. Unable to track or collect income accurately. Unable to track expenses for department or company to accurately to budget. Multiple shadow IT departments and uncooperative Business Analysts making uninformed decisions that cannot be supported by IT staffing levels, Business units do not coordinate purchases or resource requirements with IT department staff or management. Accounting and payroll departments are unable to track employee status, locations or department or company assignments adequately. Multiple business entities with little synergy between them. A privately help multi-corporate model attempting to act like a holding company without central strategy or qualified management team. HR is adversarial and inconsistent. Does not payout unused PTO. Take all of it before you quit or get fired. Lots of turnover. Terrible culture!
