Pros
Potential to be a good learning experience, but really no true positive other than, knowing you are there to support families.
Cons
Complete nightmare with staffing, you will do the work of many employees, with no support or empathy, the head doctor will hardly acknowledge the effort, and care, that you put in. This was the closest thing I have felt to an abusive relationship, at a job.
