Pros
Wine sipping hours, almost decent pay for starters, great opportunity for starters, has a good local restaurants and retail, autonomy to do your job in the best way possible. Benefits is pretty good. You can learn a lot of office politics here.
Cons
Go in with holy oil when walking into this place. Lots of yelling and cursing, employees crying, stellar new-coming employees getting "laid-off" simply because an employee that's been there longer or has a higher up boss is threatened by someone that is actually remarkable and hard working. This company has a revolving door for interns because the leaders simply want to keep all the money for themselves and don't desire to have experienced team members. The atmosphere here is thick and you never know which way it's going to go due to erratic behaviors here -- good or bad. HR doesn't exist - the method is that you either work there, you're about to be fired because someone doesn't want you to outshine them, or you don't work there. You've got to kiss-up to everyone and keep your head down and be careful to not do your job too good because you risk losing it. There's a fake culture because there is no culture; just fake smiles and low performing employees who stuck it out to be perceived as the high performing employees because no one else would higher them when they started. Good luck.
