      Pros

      Okay healthcare. Great ESOP. Okay culture.

      Cons

      Terrible management and HR is truly inefficient. Absolutely no leadership and most people want out, but are staying because the ESOP is basically golden handcuffs. Most people quit after five years once they are vested.

      mentors always available to help and guide through projects, fun intern events, and lots of free stuff!

      Sometimes would not have things to do, so was bored sometimes
