PCompany offers a lot of opportunity to grow and to provide a great service to customers. I like being part of a company that has a full open door policy to management and the teamwork between employees is really super. It is a great company to work for.

The workload is high and it is important to meet objectives. We do have the flexibility to work from home which is good in bad weather.

The company is still small and it's growing steadily. Time off requests are taken seriously, and given generously. 2 performance reviews per year. Management is very open-door policy, personable and friendly. Potlucks galore! Advancement in company available.

Women to Men ration is much much too high. Office politics. Training isn't standardized nor is who trains. Account managers train their assistants, and there is company protocol or policy on how to use functions within the system.
