Pros
Company Values Advancement Growth Overall environment Time-off Considerate Personal Growth As long as you are willing to utilize your critical thinking skills and work independently you will succeed within this company. This is a fairly new company and they have just now broken into the industry, and htye hit 2014 with a plethora of new clients and a good name in the service industry. Like all offices that contain different personalities there is drama, however, as long as you focus on your job (as any adult should) and keep yourself out of the drama (as any adult should-- again) you will be fine. You MUST be able to work independently without direct supervision to succeed here. With the implementation of the new training program, you are set up to succeed within the company.
Cons
Load disbursement: With all the new business, the task of divvying accounts gets tricky. I find it slightly unwise to give new, less experienced Account Managers newer business. It opens the company up to more mistakes, whereas if they are given a seasoned account everything is set in stone as far as duties which lessens the chance of error on their behalf. Hiring Process: I do believe that if there was a more modernized hiring process in place within the company they will obtain the type of employees that they need. Chain of command: With all the new business there needs to be a better chain of command in place. Two people is simply not enough. "Neglect" of seasoned employees: Older employees are fully independent, however, since they are fully independent they tend to be bypassed.
