Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re glad you’re enjoying the flexibility of our work environment, particularly during these colder months. At CertaSite, we always strive to live up to our mission and our vision, but sometimes we miss the mark. Regarding communication, we strive to be transparent and recognize we can always do better. We’re sorry it seems suggestions are not being heard. To better our communication amongst branches, we have initiated more in-person meetings – individually and in small groups - at branches and are reconnecting to make sure everyone from the leadership team to our technicians is on the same page and everyone is heard. Cross-functional team meetings and quarterly planning team meetings are part of our larger effort that will help keep the company aligned. We appreciate your feedback, CertaSite feels communication is critical for a great workplace.
