Pros
At the time the other techs were good people and the basic management for the office that I worked out of was decent and understanding. Plenty of OT if you wanted, company vehicle with gas card.
Cons
The corporate structure is lacking severely. The CEO enjoys posting how proud he is of his expensive vacations on the company dime, while the techs are severely under paid even with NICET qualifications. The insurance is expensive and the quality of coverage is definitely not worth paying for period. My immediate managers were always complaining about their bosses (shocker), being mislead and learning to mislead others. Hire people with an actual back ground to teach up coming techs and spend less time making them "turn numbers". I get business is about making money, but burning out others to do so, improperly training them and saying just make it a service call to generate more money is not a very great/good business practice people. Much more could be said but I think if you've read this far by now you get the point I hope. ADVICE--Spend less time posting about expensive trips, taking on new companies as if there is so much money and put way more time into your employees who actual do the work. Show way more appreciation and not just lip service. Hire people with an actual training back ground and fully train them in the companies way before you send people out to jobs that they are severely under trained to do. If your a customer, ask the tech for credentials, bet they don't have them.
