Overall okay company - Senior Delivery Consultant Certes Employee Review

There were some nice people that worked there. Limited working from home flexibility. They had two offices, one in Birmingham and one in Stoke-on-Trent.

Lacking vision and strategy. Company stuck in the dark ages in its approach (CRM from the 1980's). Senior management are far to removed from today's digital recruitment era (Dinosaurs of Recruitment). No marketing or communications function. Massively lacking in employee engagement.

Friendly, professional Company. Great Team The company offer good all round training and also support. On-going external and internal training. Lovely offices with open plan working environment. With the flexibility of working both in the office and also from home 2/3 days per week. Team days out and team lunches. Good Bonus and Incentives.

Can't find any con's with the Company.
