Pros
IP portfolio is robust and deep. It has been validated at large multi-nationals. There are other targets and emerging markets that can be addressed. New product concepts and efforts are underway that should generate new revenue streams and growth. Some real all-stars of the sales team.
Cons
Risk of being a smaller company playing ball with the big boys. Political in-fighting has consumed the executives. Focus has been taken off the business and into forming alliances, large challenges ahead, but there is hope.
