Pros
The owners really care about their employees, customers, and venders. They provide great health care, and promote a stress free work environment. The company vehicles and forklifts are newer, and are serviced regularly. Health and safety is promoted, and I was never asked to perform an operation that was unsafe, or even questionable. I was always treated with respect and complimented for my achievements. Many of the employees have been with the company several decades, specifically because of the practices, of the good natured ownership. This is one of the best companies I've ever worked for, and if it wasn't for the fact that I moved cross country, I would still be there today. Hopefully they continue to flourish, and provide their clients with their much needed and appreciated services, for many more years to come,
Cons
I found some employees will take advantage of management, and their generously. Unfortunately, that has become the culture of many workplaces, and not exclusive to this organization.
