Pros

Work life balance, remote, nightmare

Cons

This company is an absolute nightmare. I've never come across such a terrible organization before. They may claim to be a startup, but they lack any semblance of professionalism to even be considered a legitimate company. They had the audacity to terminate my employment through a single video call, providing me with extremely vague reasons. I was overwhelmed and in complete shock, making it incredibly difficult to process what had just happened. However, the following day, when I sought clarity on the exact reasons for my termination and referred to the clauses in the signed agreement, the entire organization vanished into thin air. What's even worse is that they haven't bothered to review the agreements they signed prior to hiring anyone. Can you believe it? I reached out to the CEO to address the shocking announcement and assert my rights as outlined in the agreement. But it took a whopping 17 days, six follow-up messages, and two legal warnings before I finally received a response. And, surprise surprise, the reasons mentioned now were completely different from the ones initially given. This situation reeks of bullying, racism, or a severe lack of communication among the team leads and manager. In any case, they have proven themselves to be utterly unprofessional. The so-called "family" environment I thought I was a part of, thanks to their sweet but insincere gestures, turned out to be nothing more than an empty facade. Their unprofessionalism doesn't stop there. It's been three months, and I'm still receiving calls about returning their system. Slow claps for their management, as they can't even handle basic logistics properly, leaving their equipment with me indefinitely.
