      The ability to say you worked as a well known high end bike company.

      Absolute chaos with no management or direction. A sinking ship struggling to stay afloat where employees are given unrealistic goals and underpaid

      Great group of people. Occasional group rides, regularly catered lunches and employee events. Nice newer building with showers and locker room to encourage riding.

      Employee to employee culture is good. Some minor perks (food, outings). Nice facilities.

      Cons

      Below market compensation with little to no ability to increase salary. No chance for advancement. Management actively works against you. High turnover.
