None to be completely honest

Poor management, people overstepping on others prerogatives, very childish and unprofessional behaviour among employees and top management, no career progress (some spent more than à decade at the same position), very poor salaries and no options to get promoted or improve your salary over time

Gave a good amount of responsibility and opportunity for independent working whist providing support if necessary. Full time staff were happy to help if problems arose.

initial work load was fairly low, a lot of free time with little to do but still expected to be at the job
