Pros
Pretty engaging/interesting work. most other paralegals are also recent college grads. Good thing to do if you want to see a law office environment before committing to law school. Hardly any overtime. The attorneys are generally very cool.
Cons
Not enough pay considering how much money flows into the firm, and how much work the paralegals do. no reason to stay more than a year or two (pay definitely doesn't go up). occasionally overbearing management
