Flexible working hours and a tedious job

Micromanaging, very hard to get annual leaves and so much black hour period.

Benefits of working remotely, can work flexible hours. Most team members are friendly and supportive, and overall a good work environment.

The drawbacks of working remotely may cause confusion and miscommunication either within the team and between customers. Can be very intense while handling lots of difficult cases, which often happens. It can get very exhausting. Don't see any employee benefits so far, and career growth is yet to be confirmed within the company.
